Back in August we talked about the importantance of having an employee training manual. The trining manual tells your employees what ot do and how to do it. Your philosphy tells them why they do it.
Why should you care?
The most sucessful companies on the planet sell uisng their philosophy. The company culture is part of every commuication. They ask you to buy what they believe, not just their products. Think about it this way: dozens of companies sell computers. Apple sells innovation.

When you explain your culture and philosophy to your employees, you know your message will consistemt across thhe board.
Take time on a regular basis to talk to your employees about your philosophy. Hold a meeting or an off-site retreat with managers. Its not enough to tack your mission statement in the break room. Make sure people understand the mission and make it their own.
Sell the WHY. Sell your beliefs. Become one of the successful companies already doing it.
